Tried this out and it was helpful but I still had some anxiety. The smell was good so I kept it in my backpack and took it with me and it was nice to have.
I've been using this for over a year. I originally picked it up for my son, who has some learning challenges. It was hard to get him to use it, so I started using it myself. I just feel so relaxed when I breathe it in, so much calmer. My life is pretty hectic so that says alot!! I'm never without it now, I have one bottle in my purse and one by my bed.
