Lights Out Sleep Tea

Lights Out is a serious sleep tea.

This tea is designed to put you to sleep. Lights Out Sleep Tea contains a combination of organic herbs like Valerian, Skullcap, Chamomile, & Spearmint.

Valerian is a powerful herb used for insomnia, anxiety and also deep relaxation.

Skullcap has a relaxing effect on the nervous system.

Chamomile is renowned as a sleep aid and also for helping anxiety, promoting relaxation and as a muscle relaxant.

Follow these directions for best results:

  • Add tea to your cup.
  • Pour boiling water over it.
  • Next is the most important step: COVER TIGHTLY for 20 minutes. It does not need to be hot when you drink it.

The sleep is in the steam, don’t let it escape!!

    I have had trouble sleeping for years and have tried many medicinal approaches to get me through the night. Lights Out is so aptly named, a cup of this right before bed and I sleep through the night….no 3:00 wake up! I follow Joanne’s instructions of letting it steep covered for the full 20 minutes. I love what this tea does for me, revolutionary!

    I love this tea & would drink it every night even if I didn’t have sleep issues! One well steeped cup about 1/2 hour before bed works wonderfully. It took a few nights for my body to get accustomed to its magic, so don’t give up right away!
