What does it taste like? Well, it's not too strong at all, and does not taste like mushrooms. It adds a little malty taste to coffee and tea, kind of like Ovaltine (if you're old enough to remember that drink!).
Recommended Dose
1/4 tsp (1g) 2-4 times daily.
Our favourite is to add it to coffee, tea (both herbal and black tea) and hot chocolate. It can also be added to broth, smoothies, food, put into capsules, or used as directed by your practitioner.
